This is a one year old photo I shot of the Puerto Ferro Lighthouse. It looks to be in bad shape and at the present time was off-limits to civilian personnel. I spoke to the director of Fish & Wildlife in Vieques and when I asked permission to enter and photograph the site he politely refused and said that this lighthouse was one that he preferred no one saw...
WHY??? Only you can guess...
